Cancellations: To receive a refund of your deposit less a $10 processing fee, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to the confirmed day of arrival. For cancellations made less than 10 days, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures once a guest has checked in. Guests who fail to arrive and check in (and who do not request a cancellation) for a confirmed reservation will be billed for the entire stay.
Check in time is after 3:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact the motel prior to your arrival for further information.
Check out time is before 10:00 AM.
Confirmation: A letter confirming your reservation will be emailed to you upon payment of the deposit.
Front Desk hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Deposits: A deposit equal to the first night's room rate and tax (12%) will be charged on the day of booking. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. A valid credit card is required when making a reservation.
Minimum Age: Guests must be 25 years of age or older with proper ID to check in. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest 25 years or older during the full course of their stay.
Parking: Limited parking spaces for our guests are located on the north side of the property on Somerset Street. You may also park on Mandalay Avenue, Somerset Street or Poinsettia Avenue unless posted otherwise. We do not guarantee parking for our guests as it is on a first come basis. During weekends and holidays, traffic coming onto Clearwater Beach may be heavy at times so be prepared for possible delays.
Pets: Up to two pets under 30 lbs. total are welcome at North Sunrise Motel. A one time non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 will be due at check in. North Sunrise Motel Pet Policy
Smoking: All of our rooms at North Sunrise Motel are non smoking. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. A $200.00 charge for violating this policy will be billed to your credit card.
